CeciliaLAMBCelia Lamb of Peel Park Avenue sadly passed away on August 16, aged 71. She previously worked at Rists Wires and Cables and was currently retired. Celia enjoyed her holidays abroad and her caravan. She loved nothing more than jumping on a bus to visit surrounding towns and making many friendships along the way. Not a stranger to anyone. She will be dearly missed by many. She was the wife to Tony, now deceased, sister to Angela (deceased), Jennifer, Anne, John and Christopher. Everyone’s favourite aunt, who all loved dearly. Rest in Peace. Celia’s funeral will take place on Tuesday, September 5, at Accrington Crematorium at 11.40pm. Family flowers only please, but donations in memory of Celia may be made to Cancer Research UK c/o Hyndburn Funeral Services, Queens Road, Accrington. All further enquiries tel 01254 233133.
