The family of the late Mr Terry Lambert wishes to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for kind expressions of sympathy, letters of condolence, cards and donations to the I.C.U. Trust Fund received in their sad bereavement, also to Dr Edara, the staff at Crofthouse Surgery and of the I.C.U. at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary for their care and kindness, to Rev John Radcliffe for his visit and comforting Service, also to the members of the Colne Valley Male Voice Choir for the moving performance at the Service.
