JohnLAVERTYPat, Andrew, Philip and Family would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind words, tributes, cards, letters of condolence and Mass offerings received in their sad loss and for their loving support throughout. We would especially like to thank Rev. Fr. Dolan, the musicians, Pat O'Hare, Fran and everyone who attended for helping to make John's Requiem Celebration Mass so comforting and memorable for us all. Sincere thanks to Sarah at Pogson and Armitage for her help and understanding and her professional and efficient Funeral arrangements, also to Saddleworth Golf Club for their warming hospitality. Grateful thanks to all Doctors, Nurses and Staff of the Oncology Department, Haematology Depart- ment, Ward 12 at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary, Ward 62 at St. James' Hospital, Marsden Health Centre and the carers and Macmillan Nurses for the excellent care and attention given to John throughout his illness.
