Frank will be deeply missed by all his family and friends. He will be resting at Caerphilly Funeral Services, Parc Avenue Funeral Home, Crossways, Caerphilly, CF83 3AZ, prior to the service to be held on Tuesday Dec 8, 12 noon at Thornhill Crematorium, Briwnant Chapel.
