Eva AnnaLEESchallenberg Dee, Dave and family of the late Eva Lee would very much like to thank everyone, for showing patience and understanding, but most of all love to Eva during her time at St Isan's Nursing Home and for making her life so happy in her last few years. Willowbrook Nursing home for their care and attention in her last few weeks, St David's Hospital (the angels on Rhydlafar Ward) for their tireless attention, love and support in their care.
