HayleyLEEnee Warren Passed away suddenly at home on Thursday 1st April 2021 aged 47 years. Hayley was a loving mother to Rebecca, Amy and William. Much loved daughter of Chris and John also sister of Mark, Lisa, Matthew and Stella. Due to the current covid restrictions a private funeral service will take place. Donations in memory of Hayley may be sent directly to The Derby Women's Centre (Domestic Violence Support), 4 Leopold Street, Derby DE1 2HE.
