The Faroese fishing community expresses deep condolences on the passing of Nigel Lee. His 30 years of dedication to providing firsthand market information and fish sales data made him an invaluable partner to local fishermen and exporters on our Islands.
We at Fofish were fortunate to deal with JBA, where Nigel was working for 25 years. We are grateful for this time and look back with thankfulness and found memories.
We would express our deepest sympathy to his family.
The Bible says in Psalm 34:18: "The LORD is close to the brokenhearted.
Sincerely, on behalf of Fofish, Leif Høj

Nigel Lee will be remembered with great affection and respect. He was a kind, genuine, and dependable person whose presence made a real difference to those around him.
Nigel had a warmth that people naturally responded to, and he gave his time, friendship, and support freely. His humour, character, and generosity will not be forgotten.
He leaves behind many happy memories and a lasting impression on everyone who knew him. Nigel will be sadly missed, but fondly remembered by everyone who works down on Grimsby fish docks.
RIP Nigel
