Hannah MatildaLEEDHAM(Tilly) Died 25th Jan 2008 age 96 years. MOM Home is where the heart is, where love first had it's start, where comfort love and kindness, came from my dear Mothers heart. I loved you for the happiness you bought to me each day, I loved you for your kindness and your ever thoughtful ways. Thank you Mom for all the wonderful years, the laughter and the tears, your voice, your sayings, your happy smile, will be with me all the while. You shared my joys, my hopes my fears, thank you Mom for those wonderful years. Now your weary days are over and I have to let you go and though it breaks my heart in two, there's one sure thing I know, we will be together again, when my own life is through, for the Lord will gently take my hand and lead me home to you.
