CarolLEEDSThe family of the Late Carol Leeds would like to thank all friends and neighbours for the kind messages and cards of sympathy, to all who attended the funeral service of their loved one and for the donations received in her memory for The NAWT (Cornwall) Wheal Alfred Kennel. Special thanks to the Doctors and Staff of Sunnyside Surgery, Marie Curie Nurses, Kernow Carers and the Palliative Care Nurses for all their care and support. Thanks also to the Rev. Harry Burlton for conducting the service, organist Mrs. Annette Turton and to Mike Kearey and sons (Burroughs and Kearey Funeral Directors) for carrying out the funeral arrangements.
