Beloved husband of the late Pamela, loving dad of Vanda and Jason, dear father-in-law of Faye and Che, and a cherished grandad of Jordan, Emma and Beth.
Funeral Service on Tuesday, January 30th 2024 at St James' Church, Longton at 12.30pm followed by cremation at Carmountside Crematorium. Would friends wishing to attend kindly meet at the Church.
Family flowers only, donations if desired may be sent for St James' Church in memory of Jack c/o the Funeral Director.
