In Memoriam for Stephen James LEIGHTON

Well Steve, today would have been our Golden Wedding Anniversary, 50 years ago we became man and wife. 1st July, 1976. It was 96 degrees. I have been remembering the day all day whilst I have been quietly gardening with all my aches and pains and wondering how you would have looked in your older age. I'm 73 now, married, living in a bungalow in Somerset with my Jon and our old cat but I've never forgotten you and our happy times. Hope to see you again when my time comes my hubcap.
