KathleenLENNOX(Née Ross) (Wrekenton)

Passed peacefully at Home, on 23rd June 2025, surrounded by her loving family, aged 90 years.

Devoted Wife of the late John, dearly loved Mam of Suzanne, Jeanne, and the late John and Geoff. Special Mother-in-Law of Jimmy, Catherine and Ali, loving sister of Lindsay and Sister-in-law of Erlinda, treasured Grandma of Jennifer and her Husband Marc, John James and his partner Sara, Liz (Beth) and her Wife Jay, Fraser and his partner Rosie, forever loved Great Grandma of Mabel, Beatrix, Kit and Luca. Kathleen will be deeply missed.

Funeral service to take place on Tuesday 15th July at Saltwell Crematorium at 1pm.

Family and friends are invited to wear a touch of pink, which was Kathleen’s wish.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired, may be left on the day with proceeds in Kathleen’s memory being forwarded to The British Heart Foundation.

Kathleen the matriarch of the lovely Lennox family that I have known most of my adult life. You did a very good job and that love and guidance will travel on through the generations.Rest in Peace

I was so lucky to have married into the Lennox family & to have John & Kathleen as my in-laws. Kathleen was one of a kind & a lovely grandma to our children. Rest peacefully, Kathleen, with the boys at your side xxx

We will miss you Grandma.

I remember fondly all the times I stayed over and we'd spend the evenings played scrabble and Cards and you'd make me my favourite dinner.

The time when we went to Flamingo Land and we convinced you to go on the balloon ride which was for small children and you were crying in terror, while JJ and I laughed hysterically. I have so many funny and special memories of you. We will remember you fondly.

You took me shopping and bought me a sapphire ring for my 16th birthday and I will treasure that will love.

Thanks for being a lovely grandma to me and Great Grandma to Mabel and Bea, rest easy with those boys.
