Denzil AlfredLEONARDDenzil Leonard closed his eyes for the last time on 14th August. Adored husband of Sue, and much loved father, stepfather, grandfather and great-grandfather, he is already and will be very much missed. A proud son of Glyncorrwg, Denzil was also formerly MD of Porth Textiles, then Van Leer and Convertec in Caerphilly.

Funeral service at St John the Baptist, Llanblethian at 12.30pm on Wednesday 6th September 2023, followed by cremation at Margam Crematorium at 2.30pm and afterwards at The Bush Inn, St Hilary. All welcome. Family flowers only, please: Denzil was a big supporter of Ty Hafan and so, if you wish to make a donation in his memory, he would have liked that - www.tyhafan.org/donate/

We are so very sorry to hear about the passing of Denzil. On behalf of us all at Tŷ Hafan please accept our heartfelt condolences. Denzil was a very special person and we can see from your Tribute page they were dearly loved by all of the family. They will be missed.



I hope you and your family take comfort in knowing that your support will extend a caring hand in our hospice and the local community – providing comfort to the many families and children that Tŷ Hafan support. Tŷ Hafan is a wonderful place full of love, laughter and cherished memories, ensuring a short life is a full life. These memories are something our families will treasure forever, just as you will treasure your memories of Denzil. I really hope that can give you some solace during this incredibly sad time.
