Frank WilliamLETCHPassed away on 8th April 2025 at home aged 80 years.

A very much loved husband, father, grandfather and brother. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends and many colleagues.

A Memorial service will take place at the Church of the Holy Cross, Crediton on Friday 16th May at 2.00pm.

The funeral cortege will drive down Market Street passing the Town Square and along Parliament Street on his final journey at 11.00am that morning.

We were saddened to hear of the passing of Councillor Frank Letch MBE. He was an inspirational individual and one who made many positive differences within the community and beyond. He will be truly missed and we extend our condolences to friends, family and all those who both knew and were encouraged by Frank's determination.
