Gwyneth EdwinaLEWIS26.08.29-05.04.08 Gwyneth passed away quietly, at Ty Porth Nursing Home, on April 5. The family would like to give heartfelt thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours, for their support, following the tragic loss of Gwyneth, who will be forever missed. Gwyneth was the very much loved mother of Wayne, Wynford, Lynda and Anthony, grandmother of Joanne, Alex, Oliver, Hollie, Luke and Declan, Joshua, Elijah and Rebecca, Llewellyn, Harriet, Huw and Rhys, great-grandmother to Lowry, Megan, Charly and Cariad. Gwyneth is survived by devoted sisters Ena and Olwen, who displayed wonderful support throughout Gwyneth's illness. We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks for the wonderful care from carers - Leanne, Emily and Laura at home and special thanks to Beena, Tess, Rose and Lynda at Ty Porth Nursing Home, who were absolutely brilliant. We wish to thank all family, friends and neighbours, Linda, Dianne, Suzanne Phillips, who sent sympathy cards, also to thank David Evans & Son for their very caring and professional service at Glyn Taff Crematorium.
