Diolch yn arbennig i'r staff yng Nghartref Nyrsio Bryn Menai am eu sylw cariadus a gofal penodol ac i Parchedig John Matthews am wasanaethu yn ystod yr angladd ag i Richard a Dewi o gwmni H.O. Davies am eu trefniadau trylwyr ac urddasol. David, Keith (Australia), Richard, Judith and Gwenda wish to thank all relatives friends and neighbours for the kindness shown to them in the loss of their dear mother, also for all the cards and donations received towards The Alzheimer's and Dementia Society in memory of Mai. Special thanks to all the staff at Bryn Menai Nursing Home for their loving attention and dedicated care, also to the Rev John Matthews for his kind ministration at the church and to Richard and Dewi of H.O. Davies for their caring and dignified arrangements.
