DavidLEWISThe family of the late David would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for kind expressions of sympathy, Mass cards, cards of condolence and donations to St Vincent de Paul received in their recent sad bereavement. Grateful thanks to the District Nurses, all at Newsome Surgery and to everyone involved in dad's care. Special thanks also to Fr Simon Lodge and Fr Richard Carter for the comforting Requiem Mass and to all who attended and to all at McNulty Funeral Service for their caring and considerate arrangements.
