Patricia AnnLEWISPeacefully passed away at home surrounded by her loving family, Pat aged 79 years of Elm Tree Road, Penllergaer, beloved Wife of the late David, devoted Mum of Simon and Jayne, adored Nanny of Natalie and Zoe and very proud Great Nanny Pat of Tommy and Teddy. Pat will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday June 1st at 11:00am at St. Gwynours Church, Penclawdd, followed by an interment in the churchyard. Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to Save the Children- Ukraine Crisis c/o Pat's daughter Jayne.
