RobertLEWIS26th August 2022 Peacefully at home aged 76 years, surrounded by his family and listening to the cricket. A much loved husband, father and grandfather, he is greatly missed. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday 13th September at St John the Evangelist Church, Ashton Hayes at 2pm followed by burial in the churchyard, followed by a reception. Come wearing a splash of red. Family flowers only please but donations, if so desired, to be shared between St Johns Church and Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (R.S.P.B.). A kind person or persons anonymously paid for the cost of hiring the Ashton village hall, where the wake will be held.
As a thank you to that individual(s), the Lewis family have donated an amount, equivalent to the cost of the hire, equally between the RSPB and the Church.
