PaulineLEWISPauline peacefully passed on Monday 9th February at Hengoed Park Nursing Home. Pauline, beloved mother of Martin and daughter in law Alyson, and nan of Rebecca, Joe, Seren and Sonny. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.

Funeral service at Swansea Crematorium Thursday 5th March at 11:00am. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if so desired to Forget Me Not Dementia Day Clubs. c/o St James Funeral Home, 31 St James Gardens, Uplands, Swansea SA1 6DT. Tel: 01792 643840
