The family are very grateful to Doctors Smith, Ismail and Lau at Park Surgery, the District Nurses, Evergreen carers and the staff of HDU at James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough for their care of Shirley during the last couple of months. Particular thanks to Doctors Rowland and Twigg, Staff Nurse Elaine and all the staff of Ward 19 at James Cook University Hospital.
