Thank you to all those who sent flowers, food, Mass offerings and so many moving tributes expressing sympathy and ongoing support. Special thanks to Father David Lacy, district nurses and doctors, Hospice at Home carers, Marie Curie Phoenix carers, without your professional support we would not have been able to grant Liam's wish to enjoy palliative care at home and die with dignity, surrounded by love of Ann and family.
