LILIAN SMITHSMITH Lilian Stan and family wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kindness and sympathy shown to them during their recent bereavement. Also many thanks for their cards of condolence, donations and floral tributes. Thanks to Nicola for the poem and Mr Gallagher for his lovely speech about Lil. A special thanks to Dr. Chahal and staff at The Linthorpe Surgery and District Nurses for the care given to Lil during her illness.
