Jonathan PatrickLILLYSTONEDebbie, Ashleigh and Thomas and their extended family would like to thank everyone for attending Johnny's 'Last Hurrah'. We have been overwhelmed by everyone's kindness, love and support, in particular it was touching to note that a number of Johnny's friends and work colleagues had travelled significant distances to attend his funeral. Thank you also to everyone who wrote cards, offered Masses or donated money to ITU3; the donations raised over £1,800 in lieu of flowers. Johnny had received excellent medical care throughout his life and we would like to thank the Manor House Surgery, with particular note for Dr McKeown (Retired) We also extend our thanks to James Cook University Hospital and it's staff, especially A&E, Ward 28, Neurosurgery, ITU3 and the Transplant Co-ordination Team. Grateful thanks also to the Very Reverend Canon Edmond Gubbins, Fr Peter Ryan and Deacon Pat Thomas for the wonderful celebration of Johnny's life, which reflected his humour. Thank you also to Alistair and staff at Fawcett and Hetherington for their kindness and guidance at a very difficult time.
