JackLINDOWLINDO - JACK. Barbara and Bob Dutton would like to thank all Family, Friends and Neighbours who attended Jack's Funeral on Friday June 27. Thanks also to those who gave so generously to "The Friends Of The Chindits Association" and for the many cards received and messages of sympathy on Jack's website, also for e-mails received from far and wide. Thanks to Doctor Nina Brown and her colleagues on Ward 2Y of the R.L.U.H. for their care and attention to Jack in his final weeks, to Father John Southworth for his lovely service at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, to Louise at the Blenheim Lakeside Hotel, Sefton Park, for the superb buffet and to Ursula at Cravens Funeral Service for the care and attention to the funeral details, also, thanks to The Kings Liverpool Regiment and The Burma Star Association for their continued contact with Jack. To Angela at Hamlet Court, a very big thank you for your friendship and support for Jack during the last three years. Thanks also to Clare, Carla and Jane at Princes Park Health Centre, for your kindness to Jack and the many visits you made to him to help him through some difficult times. Jack was a special man who will never be forgotten.
