Thanks also to Dr. Pugh and Partners, to EAC Carers, staff of Crosshouse Hospital Ward 3 and to Kilmarnock Independent Funeral Services. A very special thanks to Julia and Anne (you know who you are), Julia for looking after Sammy when Jim was hospitalised. Anne for her enduring care and love to Jim over the past 3 years.
