JackLIVESEYOf Cannock Sadly passed away on Friday 18th September at Stafford Hospital. Aged 80 Years. A much cherished father to Jacqueline – a broken hearted daughter. A very special man who will be missed by all. His funeral service will take place on Wednesday 7th October at 12.00 noon at St Lukes Church, Cannock followed by internment at Stile Cop Cemetery.
