Frederick CharlesLOCKEva and Family, would like to express their sincere thanks, to all Relatives, Friends and Neighbours, that attended Fred's Funeral, and for the many Cards, Flowers and messages of sympathy, that they have received at this sad time. Thanks to John Roberts at Moar and Butler, and David Roberts at St. Ambrose Church, your help was really appreciated. Special Thanks to the Macmillan Nurses, the District Nurses, and the Paramedics, for all the support and understanding, that they showed to all the Family, during Fred's illness. All donations received will go to the Macmillan Nurses.
