Dearly loved wife of Graham Fallows, much loved mum of Lindon and the late Karen, loving 'nana Pat' to Georgia and dearest stepmum to Karen, Bill and Dean. Pat will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all her family and friends.
Funeral service to take place at Carmountside Crematorium on Tuesday 9th September at 12 noon. Will relatives and friends kindly meet at Carmountside.
No flowers please, donations if desired for the Douglas Macmillan Hospice.
