CliveLOCKWOODThe family of the late Clive Lockwood would like to offer their sincere thanks to everybody who has been there for them during their recent difficult time. They wish to extend their thanks to the East Midlands Ambulance Service, Paramedics, Lives Responders, Staff of the Kings Royal and all who assisted. To the Consultants and Staff at Castle Hill for their expertise, compassion and care, Julie and Staff at Sentiments for the funeral arrangements they carried out with efficiency, dignity and respect, and Tony Jewitt for the excellent delivery of Clive's service. Thanks also to all family, friends colleagues and neighbours for their kind words, gestures and continuing support and for all donations given to the Lincolnshire Cerebral Palsy Society.
