JayLOVATTSuddenly on June 13th 2013 at home Jay aged 31 years of Bucknall. The much loved and precious husband of Rachel, fantastic daddy of Maci-Jae, loving son of Anne and Arthur, loved brother of Matthew, dear grandson of Marj, treasured son-in-law of Pat and Frank, a respected brother-in-law of Rory and a dear nephew and cousin. Jay will be very fondly remembered and sadly missed by his family and many friends. Funeral service and cremation at Carmountside Crematorium on Friday June 28th at 3pm. Will relatives and friends kindly meet at Carmountside. Family flowers only please. A Trust Fund will be set up for Jay's daughter Maci-Jae, donations c/o the family.
