KathleenLOWEChris, Nick and Judith would like to thank their family, many friends and neighbours who attended Kath's funeral service at St Andrew's Church, Crewe. Sincere thanks to Rev Lynne Cullens for her visits and conducting a wonderful celebration of Kath's life. To Pam and Sheila for the floral arrangements and a special thanks to Dr Hadrill and Dr Shridhar and all the staff at Rope Green Medical Centre for all their care and attention. Also, to the District Nurse's and Community Rehabilitation Team for their help and support over many years and to our wonderful P.A.S and Betamindes Carers. Many thanks for the generous donations gratefully received for Dementia UK to fund Admiral Nurse's and finally to Oxley's for their kindness and professionalism.
