A treasured grandad of Christopher and wife Michaela, James, Jessica and Georgia.
Also a loving brother of Florence and the late Mary.
Tom will be forever loved and sadly missed by all his loving family and many friends.
Family and friends please meet for service at West Road Crematorium on Friday 23rd February at 1.30pm.
Family flowers only by request, donations in lieu if desired to Cancer Research. A collection plate will be available at the Crematorium.
