Shocked & saddened that the world has lost someone so talented and so young. Brian was my line manager for many years when I worked for him as part of his training team huddled together in a small room above the warehouse at Sage. I remember him as being truly supportive, very knowledgeable, and someone to look up to & to learn from, and someone who without a shadow of a doubt helped me develop exponentially and whom was instrumental in encouraging my development and progression. A true role model, who whilst also being very profesional, was also very personable and genuinely a very decent person. Gone too young, and my deepest sympathy and thoughts are with his family - the world has indeed lost one of the good guys.

Such sad news my warmest condolences to Angela, the boys and the rest of the family.
I had the great pleasure of working with Brian for many years and met him when he was 18 on his first day at Sage. I had the great pleasure of watching him grow both personally and professionally into a lovely guy and talented development professional.
He will be sadly missed and has been taken too soon. Rest in Peace Bri x

I worked with Brian at Sage at the start of the 90’s. He was always warm, softly spoken, funny, and generous. Lunch or a night out with Brian was always going to be a good night with many laughs and smiles. I followed his career over the intervening decades and it was no surprise he was coaching and developing others. We’ve lost a good soul.

So shocked and saddened to hear this news! 53 is no age at all. I always have fond memories of working together in Sage Training. Last time I bumped into Brian he was as smiley & friendly as always! Sending lots of love to Angela & his family - Heather Bell xxx
