John DorothyLYSTERand family would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for all their kindness and support at this very sad time. We would also like to thank our family doctors and staff, also the district nurses and the Hospital at Home for their help and support and for the care and dignity they gave to John in his final days at home, Fr Jerome Fagan for his kind ministrations, Sharon Mctasney and staff of Co-operative Funeralcare for the sensitive and professional way they took care of our arrangements.
