JaneLYTHHilda, Elaine and Pam would like to sincerely thank all relatives and friends for their kind messages of sympathy, cards of condolence and generous donations to Dementia UK in memory of Jane. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff at harplands, ward 4 for the care and compassion shown whilst Jane was in their care and to Amberley House who cared for Jane in her final weeks. A special thank you to Chris and all the staff at John Johnson funeral home, for their help and guidance shown throughout the funeral arrangements.
