MurdoMACARTHUR - (DINGWALL, FORMERLY BREASCLETE)Murdo passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on Friday 19th June 2026, aged 80 years.

Beloved husband of Ishbel, dearly loved father of Iain and Scott, father-in-law of Elaine and Elle and grandad (Shen) of Ella May. Murdo will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Funeral service to be held at Dingwall Free Church on Friday 3rd July 2026, commencing at 11.30 a.m., thereafter to Balintore New Cemetery. All friends respectfully invited.

Family flowers only please, but a donation, if desired, can be made at the service, or below for Marie Curie.

Murdo gave me a little learn Gaelic book when I first met him, I have taken that book all over the world with me reading it and trying to learn the language. I wish I could have had a conversation with him in our native tongue.
