JaneMADDISONElizabeth Funeral and memorial service on 17th April 2018. Husband John and family would like to thank Michelle and the Co op for all the funeral arrangements. Also thank you to Reverend Rhona Knight for her kindness and care at both services, also thank you to Jan and Mike for the beautiful flowers and a thank you to Marcus and staff at the Solo Club for their hospitality. I would like to extend my gratitude for the care and support given to Jane and myself around Jane's dementia journey. Special thanks to Hilary, Evie, Sue, Chris and KC. Sleaford dementia group have also been a huge support to us especially from Eve, Steve tall Jane, singing Jane as well as Bex. Thank you to Audrey, Tracy and Kat and the palliative care team for their care with Jane. Thank you for all the wonderful cards, we received over 150, and the generous donations given at the funeral which we are awaiting a final total from.
