Lesley DavidMADDISONand family wish to thank all relatives and friends for kindness and sympathy shown during their recent sad bereavement. Special thanks to the staff at the Holistic Cancer Care Centre, Ward 2 and the Chemotherapy Unit at James Cook University Hospital and to Dr P Gordon of the Garth Surgery, all for the care given to Lesley.
