William GeoffreyMADDOCK21.04.1937 -20.4.2018 Shirley, Carolyn, Susan, Joanne and their families wish to thank the many great friends, neighbours and family of Geoff, who visited our home, many travelling long distances, to attend the wake and service and have continued to provide emotional and practical support during this difficult time. Special thanks to Dr Kanji at Whitworth Medical Centre for his care over the years and also the many Doctors and Nurses from Manchester Hospitals for their dedication. We are grateful to Swinton Lions Rugby League Club for their proud minute's silence during their international match on the 28th April and recollections of Geoff. Also Spotland Social Club for great pies at the wake. Thank you to The Rev Peter Zucca and Dawn Duffy, F Duffy & Son Funeral Service for their sensitive and professional handling of the service and arrangements: Thank you to all those who contributed to the Charities Geoff supported. Geoff would have been overwhelmed by all of your kindness.
