NormanMAIRSNorman passed away very peacefully at Lindisfarne Care Home, Birtley on 13th December 2023, aged 88 years.
Norman, originally from Liverpool, however he made Birtley his home for the last 23 years. Norman was devoted to his wife of 63 years, Irene. Dearly loved father of Tom, Lorraine and Vicky. grandfather of 10 and great grandfather of 7.
Norman was the most kind, caring and patient man who will be greatly missed by all who were lucky enough to have known him.
Thank you to the incredible nurses & staff on Ward 1 Chester-Le-Street community hospital, the district nurses & GPs from Birtley Medical Group, the Hospice at Home, Marie Curie Carers (Angels) and the staff at Lindisfarne who all went above and beyond for our beautiful dad.
Your care and kindness will never be forgotten.
Family and friends to meet at Saltwell Crematorium on Tuesday 9th January 2024 at 12:00pm.
