Hazel MaureenMALEnée Jacks Passed away peacefully on 10th July, aged 69, at Belmont Grange Care Home, Ilfracombe. 3rd child of Mary & Albert Jacks of Welshpool, mid-Wales. Dearly beloved Sister, Step-Mum and Granny ... will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service at Barnstaple Crematorium on Tuesday 27th July at 1.40pm. Family flowers only.
