Louise JayneMARKHAM(née Woodcock) Age 57, of Newcastle-under-Lyme

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the unexpected passing of Louise Jayne Markham, who passed away on Sunday, 27th April 2025, at the Royal Stoke University Hospital.

A devoted and loving mother, sister, aunt, and wife, Louise was a kind and gentle soul whose warmth touched the hearts of all who knew her. She was predeceased by her beloved sons, Connor and Kane; her husband, Andrew; her sisters, Carol and Jackie; and her brothers Chris, Michael, and David. Louise is now at rest and reunited with her beloved son Daniel, Mother Edith and Father John. Her passing leaves a deep void in the lives of her family, friends, and all those fortunate enough to have known her.

Louise's legacy is one of selflessness and care. As a mother, she was unwavering in her love, always putting the needs of her family first. Her nurturing nature and boundless generosity made her a source of strength and comfort for everyone around her. She will be remembered for the warmth of her smile, the gentleness of her heart, and her ability to make those around her feel loved and valued.

Louise was passionate about music and embraced every opportunity to enjoy it with her sons, whether attending festivals or gigs, where her infectious energy and enthusiasm were always a highlight. She lived life with a joy that was contagious, and her spirit will live on in the countless memories shared by her family and friends.

A service to celebrate Louise's life will be held at Bradwell Crematorium on Friday, 13th June 2025, at 10:40am. All relatives and friends are welcome to join us as we say our final goodbyes. We kindly ask that attendees meet at the Crematorium.

Donations may be made to Meningitis Now, a cause close to Louise's heart. Your contributions will help continue the important work of supporting families affected by meningitis.
