My name is James Conway.
I worked for Mr Marquetty in the 70's.
I was a dishwasher and pot washer.
Like many people in my life, he was an inspiration.
One of the things that i remember about him was despite his success he was incredibly hard working.
I met him while helping helping customers load their trollies into their cars at the cash and carry in Colquhoun Street.
I asked him for a job and luckily for me he took me on part time.
He was an enormous influence in my life.
I am sad to hear of his passing.
Jean Pierre if you read this i know you won't remember me but please accept my condolences on the passing of a truly great human being.
