June and family of the late Ernie wish to say thank you to all relatives, friends, rotarians, neighbours and former colleagues for the kindness and sympathy shown to them during their recent bereavement, also for the cards, floral tributes and donations to Ernies chosen charities, thanks to Macmillan Nurse Heather Parkin, Marie Curie Nurse, Catherine Taylor and the District Nurses especially Dorothy, thanks to Dr. Elliot and Dr. Petterson for the care shown to Ernie, June and family. Thank you Ernie for the comforting service you prepared and to Rev. Alan Bradley for delivering it and arranging the Thanksgiving Services, special thanks to Rowlands Gill Methodist Church for the assistance with refreshments after the funeral, thanks to Michael Dunne and Staff of Derwentside Funeral Service for fulfilling all Ernies wishes.
