Passed away peacefully at Glan Clwyd Hospital on Sunday, 14th December 2025, aged 76 years.

Devoted mum, nan and great-nan. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.

Funeral service and cremation at Flintshire Memorial Park
on Thursday, 8th January 2026 at 11:00 AM.

Family flowers only please but donations may be given in Teresa's memory to
St Kentigern Hospice. It was Teresa's wish that bright of colours be worn.

Thoughts are with all the family, Teresa, truly loved and adored all her family, loved our chats if when we were 'young' and hearing how proud she was of Clare and her grandchildren and of course great grandchild, RIP Teresa
