Nathan was a cherished Husband of Samantha, a devoted and much-loved Dad to Taylor, Joshua, Tallina and Braylen. Nathan, a treasured Son, Brother, Uncle and Nephew will be deeply missed, but never forgotten by all of his loving family and friends.
A service to celebrate Nathan's life will take place at The Old Chapel, Etruria on Monday 13th April at 11am. Family flowers only please, and any kind donations you wish to leave in memory of Nathan will be made to Thrombosis UK. All enquiries or floral tributes to:
