SusanMARTYNSadly we announce, Susan passed away peacefully surrounded by family on the 14th January 2026, aged 76 years.

A service to celebrate the life of Susan will take place at the Grimsby Crematorium on Monday 16th February 2026 at 11.15am

Family flowers only at family request but if so desired donations will be gratefully received and can be made to Cancer Research UK.

I’m ever so sorry for your loss. Sue was such a kind woman who cared about so many. It was a pleasure to know her, and serve herself and Elsie over the years. Also, wow - what a lovely photo of her.

We are all saddened by the news of Miss Martyn’s passing. She was a regular customer at Waterstones Grimsby. A lovely lady who will be missed by the whole team. Our deepest sympathies to her family and friends.

Dear Ian, Lorna & Russell.
We are thinking of you at this sad time.
Your sister will always be remembered for the amazing person she was. Susan was a very dear cousin and friend to us. We will miss her deeply, especially her wonderful  correspondence and chats  to Australia. 
May her memory bring you comfort and peace.
