LeslieMASONJean and family would like to thank the many, many people who attended Les's funeral; it was overwhelming to know so many people cared. Heartfelt thanks too for the numerous cards, messages and donations which have helped comfort us at this very sad time. Special thanks to the carers at Alma Court nursing home, who devotedly looked after Les for almost 2 years, and despite his Alzheimers came to love and care for him as we did. Also a huge thanks to those who visited him at Alma Court; it is not easy to visit loved ones with Alzheimers. Thank you too, to Dr. Fitzgerald for her part in his earlier care. Further thanks go to Julie Ann florists for the superb floral tributes, made in accordance with the families wishes, and to the Plough and Harrow, Roughly, for providing more than ample, lovely food for the many mourners. More special thanks go to Rev. Rob Davies for making the cremation service so personal to Les and making the congregation laugh, as well as cry, and for the kindness shown at Drayton Bassett church at the committal of the ashes. Finally a big thank you to the Co-operative Funeral Service for their care and guidance at this difficult time. Donations to Alzheimers Society stand at £500. THANK YOU. Jean and family
