Hazel MaryMAYPassed away at Derby Royal Hospital on 2nd August 2023. Hazel lived in Milford all her life.

Hazel leaves husband Stephen (deceased), son Andrew and daughter Catherine, 3 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren.

Flowers welcome. The service is to take place at Ambervalley Crematorium on 5th September 2023 at 11am.
